Who am I to coach?
Hi, I’m Vicki Lovegrove. Over the last 30 years, I've worked in design agencies, marketing agencies, printers, advertising agencies and as an in-house designer. These days, I run my own graphic design practice and also coach introverted professionals.
Many creatives are people pleasers and perfectionists, and it's natural for them to overdeliver. This means they are always on, earning no more than minimum wage. Some feel like they never stop working! You're not alone, and it's possible to change. Together, we can transform your approach and help you achieve a more balanced, fulfilling creative life.
I used to be like this: over time, it can burn you out. Once I shifted my mindset, the relief was incredible. I got to be creative - at a level I was happy with.

The Mini Coach Session
I no longer offer free start-off sessions. This can be a one-time session (45 minutes) or the beginning of an ongoing relationship. Redeemable off session 1 of the Goal-Smashing Sessions.
One-off
Cost: £73
The Goal-Smashing Sessions
1-hour sessions, taken in groups of three initially.
Session 1: setting the tone for your coaching journey, a place to measure / move from.
Session 2: using tools (Havening, etc), we will challenge the outcomes from the first session, and equip you with tools to move forward.
Session 3: review and evaluate, setting a pathway forward to permanent change.
3+ sessions.
Cost: £170
The Monthly Deep VISION Sessions
2-hour sessions. Like the Goal-Smashing Sessions but for people who need more than an hour, a deep dive session. This is tough love. My most popular session.
3+ sessions.
