Who am I to coach?
Hi, I’m Vicki Lovegrove. Over the last 30 years, I've worked in design agencies, marketing agencies, printers, advertising agencies and as an in-house designer. These days, I run my own graphic design practice and also coach introverted professionals.
Many creatives are people pleasers and perfectionists, and it's natural for them to overdeliver. This means they are always on, earning no more than minimum wage. Some feel like they never stop working!
I used to be like this: over time, it can burn you out. Once I shifted my mindset, the relief was incredible. I got to be creative - at a level I was happy with.

The Mini Coach Session
I no longer offer free start-off sessions. This can be a one-time session (45 minutes) or the beginning of an ongoing relationship. Redeemable off the first full-priced session.
One-off
Cost: £73
The Goal-Smashing Session
1-hour sessions, which are fortnightly or more frequently. We will map a route for you to follow, keep you accountable, gently nudge you, and ensure you hit your micro goal.
6+ sessions.
Cost: £170
The Monthly Deep VISION Session
2-hour sessions once a month. Here, we deep dive into what has been stopping you from changing, setting goals, and holding yourself accountable. This is tough love. My most popular session.
