Who am I to coach?
Hi, I’m Vicki Lovegrove. Over the last 30 years, I've worked in design agencies, marketing agencies, printers, advertising agencies and as an in-house designer. These days, I run my own graphic design business alongside coaching my fellow creatives.
Like every creative, I've had times when I'm on fire with creativity and when challenging work environments have almost stamped out that spark.
So many creatives are people pleasers, and it's natural to over-deliver. This means we're always on and tempted to keep working long past 5 pm. Some of us feel like we never stop working!
I used to be like this: over time, it can extinguish creativity. Once I shifted my mindset, the relief was incredible. I got to be creative - at a level I was happy with - but no more working weekends.
And no more crushing my creativity with too many hours and crazy expectations.

this can be a one-off (45 minutes), it is usually the start of an ongoing relationship for 6+ sessions. Redeemable off the third session when you book 3 or more.
One-off

The Goal-Smashing Session
1-hour sessions, which are fortnightly or more frequently. Great for accountability, gentle nudging, and ensuring you hit your micro goal.
6+ sessions.
Cost: £230
The Monthly Deep VISION Session
2-hour sessions once a month. Here, we deep dive into what you want to change and ensure you do it. My most popular session.
3+ sessions.
