  • Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about coaching sessions

  • Manage session bookings made through TidyCal

  • Understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it (via Google Analytics)

This website uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • TidyCal — used for session booking. When you book a session, TidyCal processes your name and email address in accordance with their privacy policy: tidycal.com/privacy

6. Email marketing

We may in future send email newsletters or marketing communications to people who have opted in to receive them. If we introduce this service, we will update this policy to reflect how your data is used and stored, and you will always have the right to unsubscribe.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry data — up to 12 months if no coaching relationship is established

  • Client session records — up to 7 years for financial and professional records

  • Analytics data — as determined by Google Analytics settings (typically 26 months)

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data (where there is no legal reason to retain it)
